Our company is being associated with ABB Automation Group for the last 9 years to provide various automation solutions to factories. We have undertaken many project works like AC / DC Drives of ABB, PLC / Instrumentation Systems of ABB, Human Machine Interface and Soft Starters. We have also designed AC Induction Motors for Hindustan Motors Pvt. Ltd. Currently, we are associated with KIMO Electronics Pvt. Ltd. as an authorized channel partner and system integrator for all KIMO products like HV / MV / LV Digital / Analog Soft Starters and Brakes, and Brake Modules, which are widely used for various applications. We have also completed installations of KIMO Soft Starters (20KW - 25 Nos.) in BMC-Verova (Mumbai) for Waste Water Management Project.

Projects Under Execution

Some of the projects that are under execution are mentioned below:

1. We are involved in a project for Bombay Biscuits Ltd (Parle Products Ltd.) at Nasik. We are supplying PCC Panel, MCC Panel and Auto Change Over Panel from main to DG along with UPS without disturbing the production line. In addition to this, we also supply Automation Panel like ABB AC Drive, PLC System, MMI, SCADA and Soft Starter for biscuit oven, bulk handing (flour & sugar) and syrup / chemical handling.

2. The palm oil extraction from palm seeds automation project is under execution. This includes supply of Schneider make PLC System along with SCADA and Control Panel for controlling the sterilization system. These are used to produce the soft palm seeds from natural seeds. Moreover, we are also engaged in making of AC Drive Panel along with S/D bypass system for 10 motors ranging from 15KW to 45KW.

3. We have undertaken a project for automation of Birla Corporation Ltd., Udaipur. We supply MCC Panel (consisting of 2000 A Incomer ACB and outgoing soft starter with bypass facility rated 160KW - 3 Nos. and 110KW - 2Nos. and Spares Feeders rated 110KW - 1 No.)

4. We are also executing a project for Indian Navy (Goa) for HVAC application. Here, we are supplying Control Panels for main sub station for 1600A ACB incomer for distribution to all other MCC Panels. Moreover, we are also supplying Feeder Pillar Panel of 800A, MCC Distribution Panel with all MCCB Feeders of 800A and Air Conditioning Panels for HVAC application.
